PC release rule

PC releases at midnight CEST (UTC+2, Warsaw time). This is one global moment, so the local calendar date can be September 2 in parts of the Americas even though the publisher lists September 3.

Console release rule

Consoles release at midnight local time. The stated exceptions are Australia, Indonesia and other countries with multiple time zones, which release at midnight in the capital city time zone; North and South America release at midnight EDT (UTC−4, New York time).
